We use up the energy we could have put toward what needed to be done. (Excuses are exhausting for the folks listening to them and especially for those of us creating and keeping them intact.)
We end up buying into our own propaganda, which paralyzes our personal progress. When an excuse becomes a belief system we embrace a lie, which cripples and limits the fulness of who we could be.
So what is it you know you should be doing that you’re not?
Hmm, talk to you later I have to put order to my desk, iron some shirts, read Philippians 4, make a call…and, oh yes, apologize to a certain someone…again.
